How you can help
There has never been a better time to donate to a community foundation as under the goverment's matched funding scheme. For every £1 you give, the government will match it with an extra £1. If you are a British taxpayer, when you include gift aid this means your donation could more than double! By giving you can really make a difference to community groups in your local area.

Please tell anyone who you think may be interested about the SCF, particulary the Grassroots Grants and Endowment Challenge scheme.
Volunteering / Work Experience
The SCF could be a great place to volunteer, you can gain valuable data entry, database management and telephone experience, gain an insight into the charitable sector and make a difference to your local sector.
